Ingredients-
Ginger paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chicken fillets 1/2 kgs
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Water 2 - 3 tbsp
(potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium
(onion) chopped 1 medium
(fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbsp
(mint leaves) chopped 1 tbsp
(green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
(cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbsp

Preparation-
Take a mixing bowl, add ginger 1 & 1/2 tbsp, garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp, chicken tikka powder 2 tbsp, lemon juice 2 tbsp, add chicken fillets 1/2 kgs and mix it well. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes.
Take cooking oil 2 tbsp in a pan, put the marinated chicken fillets in it. Fry both sides until done ( approximately 12 - 15 minutes). Cover in between while frying. Turn off the flame and shred the chicken using a fork in the same pan. After shredding turn on the flame, mix well and cook until it dries up (approximately 2 - 3 minutes). Let it cool.
Take a mixing bowl, add 2 bread slices, water 2 - 3 tbsp. Mix and mash well. Add (potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium, (onion) chopped 1 medium, (fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbsp, (mint leaves) chopped 1 tbsp, (green chilli) chopped 1 tbs, salt 1 tsp or to taste, garam masala powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste, (cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbsp. Mash it well. Add the shredded chicken in the mixture. Mix until well combined.
Grease hands with oil, then take 50 gram of shredded chicken mixture and prepare it in kebab shape. Take 2 eggs whisked in a bowl. Take cooking oil in a pan, before putting the kebabs in it, dip it in the whisked eggs. Fry on medium flame on both sides until golden brown.
