  The kidneys are the one who is responsible for filtering the blood. Place the millet in a bigger pot. Warm up 02 liters of water and pour over the millet. Cover the pot and leave it covered for at least the entire day. Strain the liquid and put it in a jar. Consume the liquid on a daily basis for up to 10 to 15 days. Minimum of 300 milliliters a day.
